I am a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Buffalo Integrative Psychology, PLLC. This will help us journey to a heightened understanding so you can take the necessary steps to live a more fulfilled life.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work to see, understand, and integrate all aspects of you, your environment, and your experiences to move toward healthy functioning. I often incorporate mindfulness into my work to help us get into touch with your experience in the here and now and to help you navigate difficult thoughts and emotions.
