Are you, or someone you love, finding life difficult? Are anxiety, depression or other psychological, behavioural or relationship issues getting in the way of living life to the full? Are you a parent looking for a qualified and experienced mental health professional to help your teen confidentially, perhaps without necessarily having to take time out of your working week to take them to see someone? Or to avoid them being seen accessing help at in their educational environment - if the thought of doing so is difficult for them?

Make your mental health a top priority. Don’t let emotional struggles or outdated beliefs disrupt your relationships, career, or overall well-being. Harmful patterns, negative thoughts, and past experiences can affect your daily life, but you have the power to change this. Identify and confront these challenges, empowering yourself to make positive changes. Acknowledge the impact of your past without letting it define you. Develop healthier coping strategies to overcome what holds you back. Your mental well-being is essential—take the first step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life today.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and registered member of the BACP and UKCP. I work with adult clients, who see me for help with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I aim to provide a space in which you feel safe and supported in order to explore your concerns, at your pace, whilst being listened to fully; without judgement or disruption. I feel a trusting and collaborative relationship between client and therapist is vital. I may gently challenge you, or offer observations, but without being authoritative.

As a doctor of psychology, I provide a safe space where you can explore what is troubling you and start to make sense of your thoughts and feelings. I offer short-term and long-term therapy, using psychological models with a proven track record, to address anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, workplace stresses, addictions, trauma and grief. Ultimately, our goal may be for you to become your own therapist. After all, you know the client better than anyone.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about people and improving as well as enhancing mental wellbeing. I understand that life can be a challenge and at times it may be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel but I want to assure you that you do not have to go through life’s struggles by yourself. I am here for you and I am here with you. With your permission, I would like to come besides you and help you explore and discover events, thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour and together support you to make changes.
