Hello, and welcome. Whether this is your first time in therapy, or you are simply looking for a new therapy space, starting therapy and finding the right therapist for you can feel overwhelming. I'm a psychologist and work with people who are experiencing a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, stress, phobias, and relationship difficulties. I am also passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and I work in a gender-informed way, supporting with explorations of sexual and/or gender identity and associated experiences.
I work integratively in my approach, tailoring it to work alongside your goals and needs, while offering a warm and nurturing space for you. I incorporate different therapy approaches , including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Practice, Systemic theory, Trauma Informed approaches, and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
My approach focuses on creating a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore what it is that has brought you here.
