Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile. I am an experienced BACP Accredited, offering counselling and CBT. I have a specialism in working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, rape and sexual assault; working with trauma and PTSD. I see clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, bullying, gender identity, self-harm, phobias and addictions. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to help promote growth and change.
I can help you to unravel what is disturbing you. I work integratively, as well as with CBT and working towards your goals. I have a specialism in childhood sexual abuse and trauma and have worked in this area for over 10 years.
