I’m a qualified Psychosynthesis counsellor. Psychosynthesis is a broad and inclusive system which has many different techniques and approaches that can be tailored to you and your needs, given that you are unique! I emphasize warmth, kindness, sensitivity and empathy in my approach. I work with people who are experiencing; depression, anxiety, anger and rage, loss and grief, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, feelings of despair and childhood abuse and trauma. I work with people to achieve real, concrete, lasting change in their lives - and have received plenty of positive feedback confirming this!

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, worry, anger or low mood, we know that there is a good reason to feel that way, and an even better one to change it. Our therapists are qualified and highly skilled clinical or counselling psychologists, and psychotherapists. They all hold membership with professional bodies such as HCPC and BACP covering a wealth of experience working with different issues. They adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards.

I have experience of working with clients who have experienced sexual or emotional abuse. I can offer a safe, supportive space to work through these difficult experiences and find coping strategies. I also work with bereavement, self-esteem, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and achieving your true potential within a study/work context. As a musician and actor myself, I am also interested in developing creativity within the arts. I offer UK-wide online or telephone sessions and in-person sessions in the Dundee and Angus area. I am also a qualified supervisor and enjoy working with both counsellors and students/trainees.
