I offer therapy for clients struggling with the effects of negative events (often traumatic) from their past. These events can affect our sense of agency and relationship with safety, both with ourselves and others, as well as carry the symptoms of low mood, anxiety, and reduced concentration. I believe that our relationship experiences affect how we interpret negative events, and that effective therapy should include how our attachments provide a deeper understanding into how we manage adversity.

I am trained in a range of modalities including cbt, mindfulness and systemic family therapy. As an accredited psychotherapist and supervisor I work across the full spectrum of psychological disorders.
