What will you notice that will tell you that therapy has been useful? Solution focused brief therapy involves identifying and developing effective solutions to the issues clients are experiencing. In our sessions we will work in partnership to establish your best hopes for therapy. We will identify and explore how to make effective use of your personal strengths, experiences and resources through informed decision-making. In my experience, effective management of feelings of anxiety and depression, and the impact of low self-esteem and self-confidence all figure highly as 'best hopes for therapy'.

Whether you are having momentary difficulties or are facing long-standing challenges, starting therapy can feel daunting. My approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive space to explore a range of difficulties including low mood and depression, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, eating and sleeping difficulties, as well as challenges within relationships. Other interests/specialities include racial and intergenerational trauma, difficulties associated with becoming and being a parent (including the perinatal period), as well as work-related challenges. ADHD assessment including differential diagnosis are available.
