I am highly experienced & work on all aspects of anxiety and depression but specialise in relationship issues; this can be on your own or as a couple. I also offer Psychosexual Therapy as a Tavistock Psychosexual Therapist; all are available on-line & in person in Cardiff & Chepstow. I act as a highly confidential guide through present struggles that may be dividing your relationship or making you feel depressed. Changing whatever is keeping you emotionally distant or sexually disconnected from partners is a crucial goal. The complexity of maintaining intimacy or experiencing betrayal or simply feeling distant - can be worked with.
Relationship & psychosexual therapy aim at regaining a 'couple state of mind' that comes so easily at the start of relationships. Therapy can help untangle issues of sexual intimacy & help you feel more confident. As COSRT member with specialist training my fees are £80 for individuals & £90 for couples for 50 minute sessions, including psycho sexual.
I also work 1-2-1 on relational issues & hope to help restore resilience and facilitate a move towards the quality of relationship and loving experience that you once had or perhaps dreamed of having.
