I see adults, children and couples. My therapeutic approach is based on a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Systemic Therapy, If you are experiencing intense distress our work may either take the form of a more intensive, time-limited therapy to help you regain a sense of emotional balance. Equally we may work in a more explorative manner better suited to understanding more deep seated emotional difficulties.

Our aim is to help clients understand themselves, their neurodevelopmental profile and maximise their potential and lead fulfilled lives. If people suspect they or their child may be autistic, have ADHD or cognitive difficulties then our NICE compliant assessment service conducts a thorough assessment of clients’ neurodivergent profile, providing insight, understanding and a diagnosis where appropriate. Personal and specialised post- diagnostic support is available.
