Hi, thanks for visiting my profile. I work with individual children, young people and adults face to face in Croydon, offering counselling and EMDR for a range of issues, including anxiety, trauma and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I also offer online counselling and online EMDR. I have over 10 years experience working with Trauma, Anxiety & Depression. I also have broad experience of working with diversity and neurodiversity.
As a counsellor, I practice in an integrative/pluralistic way which means I draw upon different theoretical approaches when I work with clients and I will tailor what I offer to you depending on your needs and what you are looking for.
I have a mixed heritage English/Mexican background and can conduct counselling in Spanish. I was born in Mexico and raised in Croydon from the age of three. Before becoming a counsellor I had a varied career, from cleaner to executive assistant in the City. My research interests are cultural/bicultural identity development, multiculturalism, and trauma.
