I am a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a BACP registered Psychotherapist trained with Regent’s University London and Tavistock and Portman. I hold a PhD in Occupational Health Psychology at University of Nottingham, and a MSc. in Counselling at University of Edinburgh.
My approach is integrative psychodynamic, It focuses on the dynamics and potentials of human relationships, with a goal of changing the relations and understanding internal and external resistances.
