Have you ever spent so much time analyzing a problem in your life that you know it "like the back of your hand" but have no idea where to start to find the solution? I provide experienced, individual, solution focused psychotherapy in: career exploration (finding purpose) anxiety/social anxiety/panic attacks, communication, relationship issues and assertiveness skills. I have worked within a post secondary psychotherapy/medical clinic for the past 12 years, and have an interest in, collaboratively, helping people to overcome obstacles to creating a rich, meaningful life.
I've trained and worked with Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I received a Master of Education in Educational Counselling from the University of Ottawa and am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
