Accepting New Clients- I am a Registered Psychologist and a trained EMDR therapist specializing in working with adults and couples. I am a compassionate and authentic individual that offers unconditional positive regards and genuine empathy. As a therapist, I am very person-centered, empathetic and nurturing. I use techniques and strategies from the Advanced Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Gottman Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness to best support clients' personal needs.
