My belief of therapy is that you are in the driver’s seat and I am the passenger along for the ride. In some cases, I may need to assist with driving the car, but you are in control of the journey. This is a space where we get to work together to achieve your goals in ways that are beneficial and helpful for you. I have worked with clients aged 10+ who are managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I also tend to have an eclectic approach to therapy, and I individualize your therapeutic experience based on your current needs these include CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, and person-centred.

Living in a rural community, I have learned to be adaptive in my approach to psychotherapy. I work with couples and individuals, varying in age from 12 onward. I have ADHD and I live in a fat body- my special interests tend toward working with clients who are neurodiverse, and those who struggle with relationship to food and body, anxiety and self-esteem. The idea of 'wellness' is not a prescription, rather it must be a feeling of security and peace in our own bodies and minds. That's why my philosophy of care includes setting a pace that fits your needs and helping you foster your own feelings of empowerment and self-growth.

I have a BSW, MSW and a degree in psychology with over a decade of experience in the human service field. I'm well suited to providing services to youth struggling with mental health challenges or developmental transitions. I specialize in treating children and youth within the child welfare system. I practice from a trauma informed, attachment theory perspective.

Caileigh supports children, youth, & their families with a variety of challenging life experiences. She believes that there are no "bad" children, only angry, hurt, & confused children who struggle to understand & express their feelings the only way they know how. She uses an integrative approach to supporting her clients, including: Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Play Therapy, and Parent Coaching. She focuses on teaching and modelling skills that support problem-solving, feeling identification, expression, coping, and confidence.

Rebecca’s supervised clinical practice focuses on adults and adolescents experiencing anxious and depressive symptoms.
