I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Hypnotherapist providing short and long-term Counselling/Psychotherapy services; practicing in child, youth and adult Mental Health and Hypnosis. I provide In-Office and Online, private/encrypted Telehealth Psychotherapy. For people requiring a Mental Health diagnosis, medication or treatment recommendations, I can help to arrange Online Consultations with a Psychiatrist (in my office; typically within 2 months of the referral). *NOTE: I am also available for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy at the Charmed Horse Assisted Wellness Centre (www.charmedhawc.com - Enterprise, ON).

I have provided Psychotherapy/Mental Health services to children, youth and adults for over 20 years. I believe that people make changes when they feel supported, understood and are included as part of their own Treatment Plan. I use a Holistic approach and offer a variety of Traditional and Non-Traditional modalities to support my clients when suitable!

I am a Licensed (CRPO Registration) and Insured Psychotherapy business located in Belleville, ON. Services are provided in a timely manner in a supportive, welcoming environment.
