I'm well suited to providing services to youth struggling with mental health challenges or developmental transitions. I specialize in treating children and youth within the child welfare system. I practice from a trauma informed, attachment theory perspective.
At True Connection Equine Assisted Therapy Services horses assist us in your therapeutic journey. I combine traditional talk therapy methods with equine assisted therapy interventions to enhance self-awareness and offer different perspectives. These interventions can also help build self-esteem, confidence and address mental health diagnosis.
