Online Counselling for P7A

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have experience working with adults in addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, traumatic grief and loss, and a variety of other life transitional issues. I believe that therapy should fit the person, that is why I make it my goal to collaborate with clients and work with them based on their culture, beliefs, values as well as my clinical judgement.

I am a trans, queer and neurodivergent person, who is passionate about working within community. I am a Registered Social Worker in Ontario, and am currently practicing out of Pink Opal Counselling. I have a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from McMaster University, and am currently completing my Master of Social Work, with a specialization of Gender and Women’s studies at Lakehead University.
