I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma and addictions (both behavioral and substance related). I have been in the counselling field since 2012 and bring experience and extensive training to my practice. I believe that with the right support, we are all able to overcome challenges that we never thought possible. I am an approved Mental Health Provider for the NIHB Program for eligible First Nations People. Online sessions also available. I am trained in a variety of methods, including Brainspotting and EMDR for trauma.
