Jordan Smith's personal involvement with the mental health system in Canada has helped her to understand the overwhelming feelings and stigma which often lead someone to shy away from seeking support. She works from a strength-based perspective, aiming to empower each and every client. She believes as the expert of their own lives, they already have an abundance of resiliency and coping strategies. Working through therapy, clients are able to redefine, reclaim, and reconnect to their strength and abilities to heal.

Jordan is a University of Toronto graduate with an additional eight years experience to assist each client that walks through her door. She has worked for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and William Osler Health System.

Her use of psychotherapy provides a supportive, non-judgemental environment for clients to identify and change thought and behavioural patterns that could be holding them back from feeling their best. Jordan helps her clients to fully explore the mind-body connection, providing a mindful, holistic approach to mental health.
