About
I am committed to creating safe spaces for clients where they can gain self-awareness, confidence, and compassion for themselves. Walking into a session with me you can expect a judgement-free zone where there are no wrong questions, reactions, or emotions. I am able to meet clients where they are at, so for me, an ideal client is anyone who is curious about themselves and the challenges they may be having, and who is open to meaningful conversation around these pieces. My passion lies in walking alongside others as they share their stories, gain perspective, and reclaim parts of their narrative that no longer serve them.
As a late-diagnosed autistic woman with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, I am extremely passionate about neurodiversity and supporting others who found out late-in-life that they are neurodivergent. As someone who has been through the complex process of late-diagnosis, I am able to offer a unique therapeutic experience to others on similar journeys.
The ability to acknowledge when we are in need of support and to actively seek it out is a sign of strength and resilience and for this, I applaud you. With self-knowledge comes great power; simply better understanding ourselves and why we do and feel the things we do is incredibly empowering. Whatever your journey, I am here to walk alongside you.
