Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, a recent loss, or just the general stressors of life? Is life becoming too much to handle because of past traumatic events that are affecting you today? I am a therapist with experience working with people of all ages, from children to older adults, and would love to work with you on your journey to wellness. I have experience working in both individual and group counselling settings with at-risk youth, those overcoming sexual abuse and domestic violence, brain injuries, anxiety and depression, addictions, palliative care and bereavement care.

My previous training in music therapy allows me to readily combine music with counselling techniques to help give you the momentum you need to reach your goals. For those clients who are interested, the music may take the form of songwriting, improvising, listening to music, discussing song lyrics, creating playlists.
