In therapy I want to help my clients gain a better understanding of who they are and what is holding them back, so they can more confidently engage with the world, find their path, and have healthier relationships. My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative environment in which my clients have the freedom to explore all aspects of themselves without judgement and face inner fears of failure and abandonment with a compassionate and accepting witness.
Through guided self-discovery, I aim to help my clients develop healthier boundaries and expand their ability to regulate challenging emotions. I believe that past attachment trauma impacts many areas of our lives and that finding inner acceptance is achieved by discovering our unknown expectations and the freedom to authentically connect with others.
