I also implement coping and behavioural strategies for individuals and parents needs with complex diagnoses.
I have extensive experience working with a wide range of age and demographic population who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. In addition, I am highly trained in helping individuals with ADHD and bipolar. My methods of treatment include CBT, solution focused, and narrative therapy. I also have crisis intervention training.

Mom's Being Heard Support Online Group
Many moms go through daily struggles, often feeling unheard or unappreciated. This group is to provide an opportunity to share your story, hear others, or simply sit back and listen. This is a support group for an opportunity to socialize with an open, accepting door for all parents, including with neurodivergent children/teens (i.e. autism, ADHD, OCD, learning disability, etc.). We will also focus on self-care to help reduce stress and anxiety.
