I specialize in Trauma and ADHD. My goal is to support you in reaching the goals that matter most to you. Whether you are seeking healing, relief from anxiety, deeper self understanding, support with ADHD symptoms, or greater self confidence, our work will be grounded in compassion, clarity, and practical skills that truly fit you. Together, we will focus on understanding what is happening beneath the surface and gently building the tools your nervous system needs to feel safer, steadier, and more capable in daily life. Compassion, recovery, and discovery is what my practice is based on. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for anyone who walks through the doors of my office. I primarily use modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapy and CBT. I offer both in person and virtual sessions in Markham on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
