Groups
Recovery from Addiction
This is an ongoing recovery program for people who are working at maintaining life without addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling and sex). This group meets once a week for 1.5 hours. The group format is driven by members sharing their current challenges and successes. The focus is maintaining abstinence through awareness, support, and relapse prevention strategies. This group is available for people who are committed to abstinence. It also compliments a transition from in-patient services. Recovery is life long journey that can be supported by the power of the group.
