It is my goal to help people through difficult periods of their life, help them feel empowered in a non-judgmental space. I work with adolescents and adults and am neuroaffirming and trauma informed. I have wide counselling experience with many wellbeing and mental health issues such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, body image, adjusting to changes, trauma and many other issues.
