Shakira is a Child and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience working in the counselling field. Specialty areas have included: anxiety, stress, grief and loss, depression, parenting, drug and alcohol concerns and dual diagnosis and child/ adolescent therapy. I use a combination of tapping and the safe and sound protocol.
