Post-graduate training includes Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) certification, Mindfulness in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) at the University of Toronto, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in LifeStyle Medicine from Harvard Medical School.
