Do you have a sense that something isn’t working for you? Whether vague or specific, do you know that something is off? You are doing your best, but it feels as though nothing is shifting. Now what? Together we can map out where you keep getting stuck within yourself and in your relationships. We will look for patterns in your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. As a Gestalt therapist I work from the premise that the awareness of one's fixed patterns opens the possibility of change. Deeply understanding "what" you are doing and "how" you are doing it opens the door to trying something new.

The process of mapping out one's patterns doesn't have to be exhausting and burdensome. My support is focused and direct when it needs to be but I also bring humor, warmth and creativity as an important support to the process of change.

From my training and my own experiences of therapy I know this kind of exploration to be change in motion. When we have enough support to approach our pain and stuck places with dignity, acceptance, humor and creativity the potential for growth is limitless.
