I offer medium- to long-term individual psychotherapy therapy to adults. I also provide group therapy. I am interested in working with people with a wide range of concerns. People who see me for therapy might be seeking: greater self-understanding; help with difficulties with relationships, life changes, or overwhelming emotions.
I offer non-directive, psychoanalytic therapy; sessions vary according to what is going on for you at the moment. The aim is to have a space where you can speak freely about whatever comes into your mind. With regular sessions, over an extended time, this allows exploration of unconscious feelings from the past that might be "tripping you up" in the present.
I aim to take a warm, attentive and contemplative stance with my patients. The therapeutic process is a long-term, open ended one. I take a non-directive approach to therapy, which means that I don’t set any particular agenda for the sessions but rather follow your lead.
