At Evolve Calabasas, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based residential treatment for adolescents 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, dual-diagnosis, ADHD, self-harming, suicidality, and other behavioral issues. Our primary modes of treatment are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which have been found to be most effective. Treatment works best when it is individually tailored to the teen, so our clinical staff conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each teen in order to develop a customized treatment plan that is constantly updated. Our clinical program includes individual and family therapy at least 5 times a week, weekly psychiatry sessions, daily groups such as DBT Skills, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention, and daily academic support. Teens also participate in experiential therapies proven to support recovery like equine, art, drama, music, fitness, cooking, and yoga as well as 12-Step programs for those struggling with substance use. Our home in Calabasas is comfortable and secluded, featuring ample green space, a swimming pool, a fully-equipped gym, and an onsite chef.

At PCH Treatment Center West Los Angeles, we offer a comprehensive day program, available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm. This program is ideal for clients seeking an intensive psychological treatment experience while living in their own homes or supportive living environments. Designed for individuals with psychological issues, our West Los Angeles program is for those who are struggling to navigate daily life and would benefit from a comprehensive program including daily individual psychotherapy and multiple psychotherapy groups, including the support of other clients experiencing similar challenges. It caters to those who need more comprehensive psychological support than traditional therapy can provide. We also help clients who self-medicate and are experiencing issues of dependency and substance use concerns.

Los Angeles Outpatient Center (LAOP), located in Culver City, CA, is a modern, adult outpatient center specializing in Mental Health and Behavioral Health disorders providing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment. CARF-accredited and easily accessible from the 405 and 90 with ample parking, LAOP provides comprehensive, personalized programming that combines individual and group therapy using innovative, creative, and therapeutic treatment methods. LAOP provides services through a lens of diversity, equity and inclusion. We employ staff from a wide range of cultural, religious, and social backgrounds. We treat conditions ranging from trauma and depression to OCD, PTSD and eating disorders, among many more.
