Evolve San Diego treats teens ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, addiction or behavioral issues. We specialize in teen depression, anxiety, trauma, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, conduct disorder, ADHD, personality disorders, dual diagnoses, suicidality and other issues. Many of our teens have difficulty regulating emotions and are engaging in high-risk/self-harm behaviors. Evolve's team of highly qualified, licensed clinicians and medical professionals utilize evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach teens practical skills for distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and improved impulse control. Through individual therapy, family therapy, group sessions, psychiatry, parent support, and experiential therapies (including art, music, yoga, fitness and more), your child will learn ways to manage stress, communicate appropriately, and lead a more fulfilled, productive life. Our programs are suited for teens who need a higher level of care than weekly psychotherapy, or for those looking for an appropriate transition from residential/inpatient treatment. 

Villa Kali Ma offers Integrative and Holistic Treatment Centers for Women who are suffering from Trauma, Substance Abuse and/or Co-Occurring Disorders. We offer two programs, one focusing on Healing Trauma & Addiction and one focusing on Healing Trauma & Co-Occurring Issues. By incorporating Evidence-Based modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, Somatic Therapies, Individual Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy with Holistic modalities such as Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Massage, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki, Cranio-sacral Therapy, Sound Healing and Shamanic Journeying, we open the door to the healing, transformation, inner-peace, self-love and lasting happiness that women are seeking. Villa Kali Ma provides treatment for women at all levels of care including Detox, Residential Treatment for Trauma & Substance Use, Partial Hospitalization Treatment for Trauma & Mental Health, Partial Hospitalization Treatment for Trauma & Substance Use and all levels of Out-Patient Treatment including IOP, and OP.
