Hazelden Betty Ford, a national nonprofit organization founded in 1949, helps people reclaim their lives from the disease of addiction. Our multidisciplinary teams create personalized treatment plans utilizing proven educational, clinical, and peer-based methods, and our campus offers a safe and supportive environment, free from judgment and stigmatization. Our programs include integrated mental health services for co-occurring mental health issues. Detox is on-site and special programs for opioid addiction with medication assisted treatment also available. Hazelden Betty Ford's Plymouth, MN campus is where we've been helping adolescents, young adults and families impacted by the disease of addiction for more than 30 years. Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 come to our campus to find freedom from drugs and alcohol and to restore hope. This program uses medications to help those addicted to pain pills, heroin or other opiates so we can successfully treat young people more successfully.

In many cases, patients who are suffering from addictions to alcohol and drugs are also suffering from a mental illness. When most people go to the typical treatment facility, they receive treatment for their substance abuse issues, but not the mental health issues that are actually causing the problem. At River Ridge, we offer dual diagnosis treatment to ensure every patient gets the best chance at a successful long-term outcome. We added walk-in substance use disorder/ rule 25 assessment hours Monday-Friday, to help meet clients where they are at.

Founded in 2011, Catalyst Mental Health was started with the goal of serving clients with mental health issues and concerns that don't fit easily into any single box: clients who either have multiple issues occurring simultaneously or who have complex conditions that don't align well with traditional diagnostic definitions. This includes individuals with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, chemical dependency issues, sexual and gender identity issues, compulsive behavior, autism spectrum disorders, attention or focusing problems, relationship or marital conflict, and much more. As demand for our services grew rapidly, we eventually decided to open a second location in Bloomington in 2015, and in 2018 we purchased a new building in the Wedge neighborhood of Minneapolis to further expand the size of our provider group.

ANEW Chemical Health Services is passionate about treating women with co-occurring substance use disorders. We offer a range of chemical health services from Residential Treatment to Outpatient to Sober Housing free of charge to women and/or women WITH children. PrairieCare provides each individual patient the psychiatric care truly needed with specialized psychiatric services for all ages. Our comprehensive care includes Inpatient Hospitalization focused on safety and stabilization, to address acute health and safety concerns; Residential Services for youth ages 10 to 18, with an average length of stay between two and four months; Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive crisis stabilization, specialized psychiatric assessment, and intensive therapeutic services; Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offering programming four or five days per week, with psychoeducation and group sessions; and Clinic/Outpatient Clinic Services providing specialized psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication management, and evaluation

Sunflower Wellness Retreat is a 23-bed residential substance abuse and addiction rehabilitation facility serving the KC community. Our focus is treating the whole client, mind and body, through our innovative and customized approach to counseling. We offer CBT, DBT, family therapy, daily exercise, art expression, yoga and meditation, on a serene and private 12 acre campus.
