I work with eating disorders like bulimia, anorexia, binge-eating disorder and offer a warm and supportive way of understanding recovery. Therapy is a process and I am here to help in identifying triggers, managing the symptoms and overcoming difficulties. Together, we can think about you and help you understand your feelings, navigate through and overcome your symptoms, guiding you to living a more satisfying life.
I am working with children, adolescents and adults facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, family conflict and trauma. I follow an integrated therapeutic approach, combining: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Narrative Therapy, DBT. I am offering culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed care.
I tailor treatment to each individual and offer a safe environment where I listen without judgment. We all go through obstacles in our life, but we don't have to do it alone. It takes courage to take the first step to recovery. You are important and I am here to support you in making a change and improving your life. Office location: Atlanta and Athens.
