Since 2015 I have been helping individuals and families in need of therapy for, family issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and more.  This is an opportunity for you to get help in an empathetic, nonjudgmental, casual, and knowledgeable atmosphere.  I believe life changing therapy begins with addressing mental, physical and spiritual health. We will work on all three of these important areas. Along the way you can heal from trauma and learn amazing skills to unload what isn't helpful and start doing what is helpful.  When I'm not working I enjoy family time, sports, the outdoors, fitness and learning.

Life is hard! No way around it. Many people are looking for change, peace, love, hope, or even a rekindling of old passions. I truly believe that we are capable of great things, relationships can be mended, goals can be accomplished, and new perspectives can be achieved. Having gone through many diverse experiences in my life I believe that I have the ability to empathize with what you're going through. In addition, my education, training, and experience has afforded me the knowledge and ability to assist you in finding the happy ending you are seeking.

Sometimes the problems are environmental, other times they’re internal based on how we respond to stimuli and emotion. In any case, we all need some insight during some parts of our life, to overcome a hurdle or figure out why or how to move forward.

I chose this name because I deeply believe that, beyond mere symptom management, lasting healing and change really are possible to each of us.
