Whether it be in recovery, building healthy relationships, healing through events in your life. Additionally, I can help you understand family dynamics and/or to help a parent learn how to be the best advocate for their child.

I can help you with anxiety, depression, relationship or family problems, and trauma. I am happy to work with adults of all faiths, or none, but have special expertise helping Latter-day Saints, offering clinical skills and the reassurance that I will understand our shared LDS culture.

My approach to therapy is like a tool box. I believe we need all types of tools to create, build, and work on things in our life. I want to help you create your toolbox into a way that can be helpful for you. I believe in utilizing holistic approaches, and person-centered services with clients. We are all diverse as humans and I don’t believe there is “one size fits all.” I value building relationships with my clients that can foster curiosity to explore the challenges they have faced and how we can navigate this journey together to achieve their goals.

My practice is driven by the perspective that we all have the unlimited capacity to heal any negative life circumstance. It is my philosophy that the biggest challenges in life hold the greatest capacity for positive change. I work in collaborative partnership with my clients, and it is my goal, first and foremost, to create a warm, safe environment where a trusting therapeutic relationship can be cultivated. I believe it is our birthright to be free of the obstacles that inhibit our ability to become the most authentic version of ourselves.
