I am licensed in Kansas as a Master's Level Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist. You might be feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or even afraid to start this process. I have provided therapy and assessment services to a wide range of clients—from adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and personality disorders to court-mandated clients. With all these populations, I have most enjoyed helping people navigate interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and personal growth.
I use an eclectic mix of principles and techniques based in CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology (to name a few). I can’t promise to rid you of all your struggles. However, I will work to meet you where you are in your journey to help you achieve your goals—whether you are new to therapy or have years of experience.
