As an LPC with 20+ yrs of experience, I feel honored to be able to work with many different clients during what is often a vulnerable time. I bring empathy and compassion to therapy sessions, which may focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, postpartum/perinatal mood disorders, eating disorders, infertility, parenting and addictions. I also work with grief and loss, including pregnancy and child loss. I specialize in navigating relationship crises, infidelity and narcissistic abuse. Many clients are LGBTQ+, and come in for gender affirming care. I am the founder of Falls Church Wellness Center, a mental & physical health facility.

Paige Townley is a Resident in Counseling and a Nationally Certified Counselor under the supervision of Heidi Murphy, LPC-S. Paige's expertise is in treating eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety and depression has worked in various treatment settings, including Acute Hospital, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Paige utilizes a trauma-informed and humanistic approach to therapy while incorporating aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Saghi Tehran is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is an expert in eating disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. She is personal, and professional and takes the time to know and build rapport with her patients. Managing diverse patient populations at various clinic sites: Rady Children’s Hosp. Psychiatric Emergency Department, Rady Behavioral Health Urgent Care, San Ysidro, and UCSD Eating Disorder Center. Saghi Tehran is the Medical Director at Prosperity Eating Disorders and Wellness and treats patients in their partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the mental health field for over a decade. I have worked in a variety of settings and I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Having lived in a number of different countries growing up, I am passionate about providing culturally competent, client-centered, and holistic care to those with a variety of mental health needs and backgrounds.

Deciding it's time to come to therapy can feel overwhelming & finding the "right fit" can feel like decision overload. Mary Suzette is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist, and a Clinical Supervisor. She has post-graduate training in Family Systems Therapy, Imago Couples Therapy, and Experiential and Drama Group Therapy. Mary Suzette has many years of experience, including working in education and private practice, running groups, working with Dominion Psychiatric Hospital, and a non-profit Community Health Center. She believes in the strength and support of family and community systems and integrates her care with support groups including AA, Al-Anon, SA, and S-Anon.

Abbie King, LCSW Abbie King is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia who has been practicing since 2016. Abbie believes is in a holistic approach utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities to enhance overall wellbeing. In her spare time, Abbie enjoys hiking, trail running, yoga, cooking, traveling, reading, and exploring.
