You may seem functional on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, numb or lost inside. I work with trauma, relationship wounds, postpartum mood disorders, addiction, and narcissistic abuse. With 23+ years of experience, my approach is warm, grounded, and direct. Therapy with me isn’t about "fixing" you - it’s about helping you feel seen, safe, and steady again, while creating lasting and sustainable change. When survival mode has taken over, I help my clients rebuild, deepen connection, and restore balance. I’m an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and founder of Falls Church Wellness Center, where mind-body healing is central to our work.
I also offer couples counseling intensives, which are extended 2–3 hour sessions, co-facilitated with another licensed therapist. These are designed for couples ready for deeper and more focused work. The longer format allows us to go beneath the surface, interrupt painful patterns in real time, and create substantial shifts that might otherwise take months.
In 2013, I founded Falls Church Wellness Center with a vision for integrated mental and physical health care. It has since grown into a trusted regional community for mind–body healing.
