I approach therapy with an open mind. We all bring different strengths and experiences to the table. My approach is to help you integrate those strengths, while learning new one's to help make the change you want to see if your life. Growth and change is essential part of life, but can be overwhelming and scary. I've learned that going through these with a community can lessen that alone or fearful experience. That's why I feel honored to hold space with my clients while coming together to grow. I'm an ally for LGBTQ community members.

A clinical social worker with 17 years experience, Chad Anderson has successfully helped children, adolescents, and adults from all races, faiths, and sexual orientations work on individualized goals ranging from improving relationships, alleviating depression, reconciling faith with sexuality, managing addiction to avoid relapse, living with difficult mental health conditions, managing life change, and more. Chad wants to make sure you leave every session with something concrete to work on so you can notice changes in your life now, and recognize progress over time. Each client is given an individual treatment plan.

In order to provide unique and individualized care, I offer a multitude of services such as individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy. I am licensed to treat clients in both Florida and Utah and I believe in alternative ways of conducting therapy based on the needs of my clients. I have spent the vast majority of my career supporting and counseling clients facing issues ranging from eating disorders and addictions, couples/family conflict, and mood disorders.

Dr. Miller received his doctorate in counseling psychology from an APA accredited university and practiced for over 15 years in various settings including the University of Missouri Medical School. He is the former clinical director of the Autism Mentor Program for 2 different universities. Dr. Miller is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and works primarily with adult persons. He treats most mental health concerns: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, interpersonal concerns, faith transitions, etc. Dr. Miller specializes in OCD, high functioning autism, performance psychology (sports psych), and psychological assessment.

I believe that each person has the potential to live the life they truly want and that lasting change is possible. As a strengths-based therapist, I help a client find their strengths are built on and utilized in therapy to help the client work through the difficulties they are experiencing. I create a space where you can tell me anything without fear of judgment or me telling you how you should live life. Therapy is an interactive process and it shouldn’t look the same for each person. I love helping people build their confidence and becoming more assertive. I want to help you build the skills to live your life to the fullest!

Travis believes in a healthy therapeutic relationship built on trust to help individuals and families achieve their goals. He has specialization in clinical psychology, children and adolescents, substance, Couples and Families, Depression and Anxiety, Behavioral issues, Addiction, trauma, outdoor recreation, and mental health counseling. As a mental health counselor, it has always been my privilege to work alongside clients on their personal journeys. Each individual has such a personal experience in which their life has been based. I believe in meeting clients where they are at, working toward personal goals, and ultimately developing a life in which they feel they can thrive.

My approach is very relationship based, incorporating fundamentals of clinical practice...including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic and psychosocial approaches. I am very holistic and work with the person in the situation and the system. I specialize with many different presenting problems and have worked with very diverse populations in the past including; parenting skills/coaching, life skills, coping skills, anxiety, depression, high risk behaviors, adoption issues, adjustment issues, such as relocating, divorce, loss, identity issues and learning issues to name a few.
