It takes strength to seek support and I am so happy you have found yourself here. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD.

I offer virtual therapy for people suffering with symptoms of trauma, major depression, severe anxiety, ADHD, autism, grief, intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders, women’s issues, men’s issues, relationship, marital, parenting issues, divorce, as well as phase of life transitions. I have also worked with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and individuals and families dealing with substance abuse/addiction issues. I am very comfortable with people of all gender identities, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, intersex, asexual, pansexual, and Allies (LGBTQIA+).

My ideal clients come in with past traumas that they are hoping to heal from. These trauma's could be childhood traumas, relationship abuse, military trauma, child birth traumas, or sexual dysfuntions that resulted in traumatic experiences. I truly believe that more healing happens from resolving trauma than nearly anything else. My goal for therapy is to help you heal, to help bring joy and light back into your life. You are not defined by the experiences you have had and they shouldn't alter your happiness. Healing from trauma is one of the most rewarding experiences that can happen in therapy.
