I am passionate about serving new moms, military spouses, and military families. As a mom and military spouse of 12 years, I understand the unique challenges that come along with PCSing, deployments, and TDYs. Although this lifestyle affords us amazing opportunities, it also keeps us in a state of constant change. I have helped families in crisis by providing support related to stress management and conflict resolution.

I have been in the field for over 15 years and have worked with an array of populations. My experience is in the areas of trauma, PTSD, ADHD, adolescents (at-risk youth), relationship issues, divorce, and law enforcement issues. In addition, I have experience working with veterans to provide a second opinion and/or assessment in support of their VA Disability claims.

I am a retired Army Veteran experienced in working with individuals, couples and families who are having difficulty coping with depression, domestic violence, stress, anger and grief. Weekend appointments are available and encouraged. My personal goal is to be a solution to the many military personnel regardless of status in finding the way back to living a healthy and happy life rather than settling for defeat.
