My heart is in serving the perinatal community: those navigating the joys and challenges that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. I also enjoy working with couples during this season of transition.
I use tools like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and realign with what truly matters to you. I’ve faced birthing trauma, perinatal anxiety, and the unseen load that comes with trying to hold it all together.
I know from my own path to wellness (and from helping others), that we heal holistically-mind, body, spirit. My hope is to help you tap into your inner strength and begin to name and heal those unspoken hurts. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
