Watching your child struggle at school, be rejected by friends, hurt themselves, or explode with anger can feel like an open wound that will not heal. A journey this important should not be undertaken alone.

I meet my clients where they are, in the framework that serves their presenting concern the most effectively. Adjustment to a transition, relationship challenges, onset of a mental illness, or peaks and valleys of mental illness management can disrupt or interrupt functioning in a variety of areas. A therapeutic relationship can deepen understanding and skills to move through a moment. A therapeutic relationship can build acceptance and integration of something that will always be part of our makeup.

Often talk therapy consists of clients venting to their therapists week after week, and gets you nowhere. Instead I offer clear guidance to help you understand yourself and change old patterns into healthy living.

I help individuals struggling to find joy and satisfaction in life who may be lacking support from loved ones, feeling isolated from a community, and pressured to live a standard lifestyle. I do this by exploring your relationship with others and yourself and unpacking societal pressures and internalized barriers holding you back from authenticity and fulfillment. I believe everyone has the right to live a fulfilling and rewarding life. My values are rooted in authenticity, freedom, and respect. These values have driven my practice and work with my clients.
