They want to feel empowered, hopeful that things can change for the better, calm, strong, and successful in dealing with the difficulties they face. Nothing stays the same and things do change!
I enjoy working with those who experience issues in confidence, motivation, stress, coping with life changes, parenting, relationships, careers, boundaries, organizational stress, ADHD, and spiritual concerns. I'm trained in emotional self-regulation, CBT, Solution-oriented, and Family systems approaches. Everyone is unique; has purpose; and can grow.
