My therapeutic approach is Existential Phenomenological, heavily emphasizing Jungian psychology. I was introduced to Existential Phenomenology while attending the University of Dallas, where I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology. I obtained my master's in psychology at the University of West Georgia. Then, after several years, I returned to school to obtain a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Additional studies include play therapy, art therapy, SandPlay, family studies, psychophysiology, and neuropsychology. My eclectic tools range from expressive art therapies to cognitive behavioral techniques.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, and anger management. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents as well. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Hi! I am a counselor, educator, and coach wrapped in one. I help young humans (and their parents) to achieve wellness encompassing mind, body, and soul in order to fulfill their individual purposes. I hold a Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as, a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Human Services. With experience providing services in the community setting and intensive outpatient hospital setting, I am passionate about guiding kiddos and families through their own unique healing process.
