I was born and raised right here in Texas. I graduated in 2013 from Stephan F Austin State University with a Bachelors of Science in Family and Child Development. Soon after, I attended Southern Methodist University where I graduated with a Master's of Science in Counseling. I became an LPC-Supervisor as of 2023, now assisting LPC-associates in this field.
I believe that we are the expert of our life! With this, I deeply value a collaborative relationship where together we explore where to step forward. Modalities I use in therapy include Person-Centered, Compassion Focused Therapies, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness Based Therapies. I tailor therapy to the individual needs of each client.
