I specialize in working with addictions such as Alcohol Use Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, and Sexual Addiction/Problematic Sexual Behavior. I am passionate about helping my clients find recovery. My approach is collaborative, transparent, and practical. My entire professional career has been dedicated to the study of addiction and trauma recovery. I have worked as a primary therapist in private practice, IOP, and PHP settings treating addictions. In therapy I utilize REBT, a blend of motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, Advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy (certified), and am EMDR certified.
