Getting help is hard and I am proud of you for taking the first step! I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with self-esteem and identity. Maybe your lack of self-worth has caused you to fall into addiction, self-harm or other self-sabotaging behaviors. You may feel a fight between your brain and your gut, because you know it’s wrong, but it just feels like you can’t do anything different.

My office is a safe place where I will listen, empathize, support, validate and challenge you. There may be some tears…and probably some laughs along the way. I am a culturally aware and trauma-informed therapist. I am trained in EMDR and utilize EMDR along with CBT and motivational interviewing to meet you where you are at.
