My style is best described as one blending gratitude, realism and compassion. Similarly, with certifications in both DBT and EMDR, I find working with others to be an enriching process as well as learning how to be resilient in the face of change. I have also completed Level 1 Clinician Training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in order to help couples become better at communicating with one another and bridging those gaps which often occur in relationships.
